These clauses apply;
Refunds for Products
Product(s) must remain unopened and in a resalable condition to claim a full refund.
If you fail to return the Product(s) to us in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition, you will not receive a refund.
1.1. You may be able to return any unwanted products to us under this clause because they are faulty or fulfil one of the conditions that they are refundable under, we will refund the price of the defective Product(s) in full, provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the Product(s) that you wish to return. After the 7-day period we have the right to refuse refund and will only exchange the faulty Product(s).
1.2. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available.
1.3. To return Product(s), within the time period of 7 days, please contact our customer service department by emailing email@example.com
1.4. Refunds may not be applied to:
(a) Any Product(s) which are opened and used;
(b) Any Product(s) which has a security seal which you have opened or unsealed;
(c) Any Product(s) which, for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned
1.5. We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you require a refund, this will be processed within 30 days of receiving your goods, if you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
1.6. Any allergic reactions suffered from products after the 7-day cooling off period will only be offered an exchange no refund will be approved.
